Campbells’ Dispute Resolution team is known for handling Cayman and BVI’s most complex, high-value disputes, combining courtroom strength with cross-border effectiveness. We act for global financial and trading organisations, insolvency officeholders and public bodies, delivering results from urgent injunctions to Judicial Committee of the Privy Council appeals. 

We advise local and international clients on major disputes involving investment and trust structures, insolvency scenarios and commercial conflict. We have particular expertise in investment fund disputes, including fund liquidations, and substantial experience in obtaining injunctions, gathering evidence, and securing assistance from overseas courts. Our litigators appear before the Grand Court, the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council, with a strong record in reported cases. The team also provides expert evidence to overseas courts and contributes to professional debate through conferences and publications.
