Campbells is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted in both the Offshore Law Firm of the Year and Finance Deal of the Year categories in the 19th Annual ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2020. These prestigious awards are the pre-eminent legal awards and ALB’s biggest and longest-running awards in Asia.
Campbells acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Joy Spreader Interactive Technology Ltd. (乐享互动有限公司) (“Joy Spreader”) in connection with its HK$1.57 billion (US$201 million) (and up to HK$1.80 billion (US$231 million) upon exercise of the over-allotment option) raise on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This IPO, oversubscribed more than 1600 times, was the third most sought-after in Hong Kong this year by retail investors.

Campbells acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel for Honliv Healthcare Management Group Company Limited (宏力醫療管理集團有限公司)(“Honliv Healthcare”) in connection with its HK$315 million (US$40.5 million) (and up to HK$362 million (US$46.5 million) upon exercise of the over-allotment option) initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Campbells provided corporate due diligence assistance to Janchor Partners in Everest Medicines’ Series C financing. This US$310 million Series C financing includes two preferred equity financing tranches, a US$260 million Series C-2 and a US$50 million Series C-1.
