Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to UNQ Holdings Limited 優趣匯控股有限公司 (“UNQ”) in connection with its approximately HK$364 million initial public offering and listing of its 30,690,600 shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Keymed Biosciences Inc. 康諾亞生物醫藥科技有限公司 (“Keymed Biosciences”) in connection with its approximately HK$3.1 billion initial public offering and listing of its 58,264,500 shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
On 3 June 2021, E Fund (HK) Yield Enhanced Bond Fund I (the “Fund”), an open-ended Cayman Islands fund, was admitted to the Official List of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (the “CSX”).

Campbells acted as the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel for Hywin Holdings Ltd. (“Hywin”) in connection with its US$30 million (and up to US$34.5 million upon exercise of the over-allotment option) raise on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The case provides a good example of cross-border cooperation at work between the courts of the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. The Cayman Scheme ran in parallel with a similar scheme in Hong Kong.
Campbells acted as the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel for Mediwelcome Healthcare Management & Technology Inc. (麥迪衛康健康醫療管理科技股份有限公司) (“Mediwelcome”) in connection with its HK$150 million (US$19.3 million) (and up to HK157.5 million (US$20.2 million) upon exercise of the over-allotment option) raise on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
