Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel for Da Cheng Global Diversified Investment Segregated Portfolio in connection with the listing of its shares on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.
Da Cheng SPC is a mutual fund registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and managed by Da Cheng International Asset Management Company Limited (“Da Cheng”). As one of the first subsidiaries of a Chinese fund company to be established in Hong Kong, Da Cheng has taken the lead in launching a series of public funds (including ETF products) and actively explores and develops cross-border and global investment business. In October 2018, Da Cheng became one of the first to obtain the Hong Kong Stock Connect Overseas Investment Consultant Qualification.
