Campbells acted as the British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Zhuahai Huafa Group Co., Ltd. on its issuance of up to US$200 million 3.70{92e447aa5ae4509d19f58c4a2ed7ec0dbb286610ae15b33d823e9409689b2d4a} Guaranteed Bonds due 2020, which was listed with MOX in the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Macau”). This was the first publicly offered bond registered and issued on the MOX.
