The case provides a good example of cross-border cooperation at work between the courts of the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. The Cayman Scheme ran in parallel with a similar scheme in Hong Kong.

This IPO, oversubscribed more than 1600 times, was the third most sought-after in Hong Kong this year by retail investors.
