Campbells acted as BVI counsel to Huafa 2021 I Company Limited on its issuance and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of up to US$250,000,000 4.25% Senior Guaranteed Perpetual Capital Securities and up to US$200,000,000 2.95% Guaranteed Senior Bonds due 2025.
Campbells is pleased to welcome Ms Amandy Jimenez to our Articled Clerk training programme this September. Ms Jimenez is a graduate of the University of Birmingham, England, where she was awarded an LLB with Honours. She also gained her PPC from Oxford Brookes University (administered by Truman Bodden Law School) with a Commendation. She chose to pursue a career in law as she enjoys the dynamic legal industry where she can tackle new challenges and navigate an ever-evolving legal system.
Campbells is pleased to announce that it welcomed five summer interns and awarded three scholarships this summer. The interns worked in various departments across the Firm’s Cayman Islands office including corporate services, compliance and litigation. This has given them insight into both legal and support departments within a law firm, and how they contribute to the overall function of the Firm. Campbells also awarded three scholarships in Cayman this year. Our scholarship recipients are Tyanna Jan, Xavian Ebanks and Manusri Prabhakar.
Campbells acted as British Virgin Islands legal counsel to ADM Capital on its convertible loan facility to Square Yards, India’s largest integrated real estate platform.
Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Kangqiao Service Group Limited 康橋悅生活集團有限公司 (“Kangqiao”) in connection with its approximately HK$679 million initial public offering and listing of its 175,000,000 shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Keymed Biosciences Inc. 康諾亞生物醫藥科技有限公司 (“Keymed Biosciences”) in connection with its approximately HK$3.1 billion initial public offering and listing of its 58,264,500 shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
