Hong Kong based Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring partners Stuart D’Addona and Jane Hale have been recognised among ALB Asia’s Hong Kong Rising Stars in 2025. This recognition showcases next generation lawyers who demonstrate great potential in the industry having worked on important cases and received significant accolades from clients and colleagues. Stuart and Jane are the only offshore lawyers named in the list amongst others from leading international firms.

Stuart joined the firm as a partner in 2024 and his practice focuses on shareholder disputes, corporate governance disputes, fraud and asset tracing, and obtaining urgent injunctive relief. He also acts for clients in contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, advising debtor companies, insolvency practitioners and creditors and other stakeholders.
Jane was promoted to partner in 2023. She specialises in commercial litigation with a particular focus on fund disputes and partnership and shareholder disputes. She also advises on contentious and non-contentious cross-border insolvencies and restructurings, advising insolvency practitioners, stakeholders and creditors in a range of distressed and insolvent situations.
