Overview

Niloofar is an associate in our Corporate Department based in the Cayman Islands. Niloofar regularly advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital markets and other corporate transactions. She also regularly advises leading investment banks, investment managers and private equity houses with respect to the structuring and formation of funds (including cryptocurrency funds) and ongoing downstream activities.

Niloofar’s practice further involves advising clients on the establishment and structuring of foundation companies and providing ongoing legal and regulatory input on a wide range of FinTech and Blockchain projects.
