Overview

Niloofar is a senior associate in our Corporate Department based in the Cayman Islands. Her practice involves regularly advising clients on the establishment and structuring of foundation companies and providing ongoing legal and regulatory advice on a wide range of blockchain, digital asset and Web3 projects.

Niloofar’s practice further involves advising leading investment banks, investment managers and private equity houses with respect to the structuring, formation and launch of funds (in particular digital asset funds) and ongoing downstream activities. She also advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital markets and other corporate transactions.
