Myfanwy Leggatt

Myfanwy is a senior associate in our Corporate Department who advises on the establishment, regulation, ongoing operation, corporate governance and restructuring of both open and closed-ended fund structures. In which context she has acted for a wide range of market participants including fund managers, investment banks, private equity groups, pension funds, institutional investors and prime brokers.

Myfanwy also advises on general corporate and commercial matters. She joined Campbells in 2022 having previously trained and worked as an associate in the Funds & Investment Management practice group of another international Cayman Islands law firm.
