Connor Chalmers

Overview

Connor is an associate in the Corporate Department of our Cayman Islands office. Prior to joining Campbells, Connor worked as a managing associate at a large international law firm in London and as a corporate solicitor at a leading commercial law firm in New Zealand.

He has experience advising listed and international companies, financial sponsors and investment banks on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including cross-border private and public M&A, equity capital markets transactions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and commercial advisory matters.
