Campbells is pleased to announce that Paul Trewartha has joined the firm as a partner, based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Paul joins our highly experienced Asian-based corporate team, led by Robert Searle. Paul advises on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including all forms of debt finance, structured finance and debt capital market transactions including a broad spectrum of cross-border matters such as take-private financings, private capital investment, margin loans, structured product issuances, OTC derivatives, acquisition and leveraged finance, asset finance, fund finance and general corporate lending and bond issuances.
