Campbells Expands Growing Funds Practice

Campbells is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the firm’s growing investment funds practice. Susan Lock, formerly of Ogier, joins Campbells as a Partner, and Jonathan Law, formerly a Partner with Harneys, bring considerable experience to the firm.

Susan advises on the structuring and establishment of investment funds and their regulation and operation. She also advises on cross-border corporate finance and M&A transactions. Susan has considerable experience in the jurisdiction having been admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in 2006.

Jonathan has considerable experience advising a range of clients from fund managers to administrators and investors on all aspects of establishing, operating and participating in offshore fund structures; as well as extensive experience advising on trade and acquisition finance transactions. Jonathan was admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in 2004.
