Campbells acted as Cayman Islands counsel to the underwriters of SierraCol’s $650 million high yield financing and $150 million revolving credit facility. The bond proceeds funded a tender offer for part of the company’s existing high yield notes and a distribution to shareholders.
SierraCol Energy is the largest independent E&P company in Colombia and is a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group.
