Campbells advised Brazilian company, Isa Saúde, in its US$30 million Series B fundraising led by IFC, enabling it to deliver enhanced in-home care across four regions of Brazil.

Campbells acted as Cayman Islands counsel to the underwriters of SierraCol’s $650 million high yield financing and $150 million revolving credit facility.
