Campbells acted as the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel for Hywin Holdings Ltd. (“Hywin”) in connection with its US$30 million (and up to US$34.5 million upon exercise of the over-allotment option) raise on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The case provides a good example of cross-border cooperation at work between the courts of the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. The Cayman Scheme ran in parallel with a similar scheme in Hong Kong.

(乐享互动有限公司) (“Joy Spreader”) in connection with its HK$1.57 billion (US$201 million) (and up to HK$1.80 billion (US$231 million) upon exercise of the over-allotment option) raise on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This IPO, oversubscribed more than 1600 times, was the third most sought-after in Hong Kong this year by retail investors.
Campbells is pleased to welcome Ms Shawnalee Henry as the newest Articled Clerk to our training programme this September. Ms Henry is a graduate of the University of Liverpool where she was awarded an LLB with Honours. She also gained her LPC from the University of Law with Distinction.
