Campbells acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel for Honliv Healthcare Management Group Company Limited (宏力醫療管理集團有限公司)(“Honliv Healthcare”) in connection with its HK$315 million (US$40.5 million) (and up to HK$362 million (US$46.5 million) upon exercise of the over-allotment option) initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Campbells provided corporate due diligence assistance to Janchor Partners in Everest Medicines’ Series C financing. This US$310 million Series C financing includes two preferred equity financing tranches, a US$260 million Series C-2 and a US$50 million Series C-1.

Campbells is pleased to announce that partners Robert Searle and Jenny Nip were recognised as two of the top ten offshore lawyers in Asia in the Offshore Client Choice List by Asian Legal Business. The list comprises Asia’s standout lawyers from offshore law firms that, not only meet, but exceed client expectations.

Campbells acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel for Peijia Medical Limited (“Peijia Medical”) on the second largest IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this year, raising HK$2.34 billion (US$301 million) (and up to $2.69 billion (US$346 million) upon exercise of the over-allotment option).

Campbells acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Akeso, Inc. in connection with its approximately HK$2.58 billion (US$333 million) (and up to HK$2.97 billion (US$383 million) upon exercise of the over-allotment option) initial public offering and listing of its 763,133,176 shares (and up to 787,057,176 shares upon exercise of the over-allotment option) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This is the biggest Hong Kong IPO this year.

Campbells acted as the British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Zhuahai Huafa Group Co., Ltd. on its issuance of up to U.S.$200,000,000 3.70% Guaranteed Bonds due 2020 which was listed with MOX in the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Macau”).

Campbells, in partnership with Deloitte (UK) and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP will host a panel entitled ‘ABRAAJ: the biggest collapse in private equity history’ at the 10th World Litigation Forum 2020 in Dubai on Monday, 27 January.

Campbells acted as the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Wenye Group Holdings Limited文業集團控股有限公司 (“Wenye Group”) in connection with its HK$157.4 million initial public offering and listing of its 148,500,000 shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
