Campbells acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Akeso, Inc. in connection with its approximately HK$2.58 billion (US$333 million) (and up to HK$2.97 billion (US$383 million) upon exercise of the over-allotment option) initial public offering and listing of its 763,133,176 shares (and up to 787,057,176 shares upon exercise of the over-allotment option) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This is the biggest Hong Kong IPO this year.
