Peter is a senior associate in the Corporate Department of our Hong Kong office. He specialises in the structuring, formation, regulation and ongoing operation of investment funds. In addition, Peter has experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, investment deals and general corporate and commercial matters. Peter is fluent in English and German.
