About
Calvin is an associate in our Corporate Department in Hong Kong. He specialises in corporate finance, capital markets transactions, M&A, as well as general commercial and compliance matters. He also advises on a broad range of debt arrangements, including acquisition, leveraged and real estate financing, structured products, bond issuances, and debt restructuring.
Prior to joining Campbells, Calvin worked in two other leading offshore law firms in Hong Kong. Calvin is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
