Angel Cheng

Angel is a Senior Legal Manager in the Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring Department of our Hong Kong office.  Angel specialises in commercial litigation.  She has extensive experience handling complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, including shareholder disputes, company law disputes, fund disputes, contentious insolvency matters and other contractual disputes.  She regularly advises listed companies, financial institutions and multinational conglomerates, and offers pragmatic legal solutions to her clients.

Prior to joining Campbells, Angel was trained in and worked as a Senior Associate at a reputable international law firm in Hong Kong with a top tier litigation practice.  Angel joined Campbells in 2026.
