About

Lucy is a senior consultant in our Corporate department. She has over 25 years of experience, including over 18 years advising on corporate, M&A and investment funds matters in relation to Cayman Islands law.

Lucy’s practice centres on emerging and high-growth companies across a variety of industries, including technology and life sciences. She advises on the full spectrum of corporate transactions, including the establishment of holding structures, preferred equity financings, strategic investments, employee incentive arrangements, restructurings, M&A, as well as IPOs on NASDAQ and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

Lucy also acts for fund sponsors and has significant experience in the formation and ongoing operation of private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds.
