Shaun leads our litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Hong Kong where he also serves as the office Managing Partner. He has been involved in many of the largest offshore disputes to come before the courts of the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands in recent years and has extensive experience acting for and against insolvency practitioners in all forms of external administrations, as well as general commercial, financial services and trust disputes.
