Campbells further strengthens corporate practice with senior hire
Lucy has nearly two decades of experience in the offshore space, where she specialises in Cayman Islands Corporate / M&A transactions and investment funds. Lucy’s practice focuses on the emerging technology and life sciences sectors, advising on a wide range of transactions, including the establishment of holding companies, preferred equity financings, employee incentive plans, restructurings, M&A, strategic investments and IPOs (both NASDAQ and Hong Kong). She also represents private equity fund sponsors and specialises in the formation of private equity and venture capital funds.
